True North Personnel was founded in Darwin with a clear purpose: to strengthen the connection between people and opportunity across the Northern Territory. After more than a decade working across recruitment and labour hire, we saw the need for a service that genuinely reflects the Territory — fast when it matters, honest in every conversation, relationship-driven, and backed by real local knowledge.
From day one, our focus has been simple: support people properly.
That means taking the time to understand what Territory businesses need, responding quickly as projects ramp up, and building long-term relationships with the skilled people who keep the NT moving. Our roots are here, our networks are here, and everything we do is centred around delivering exceptional recruitment solutions for the region.

Meet the Founder
Becc Stevens is a respected recruitment leader in the Northern Territory with more than a decade of hands-on experience across white-collar, blue-collar, and major project workforce delivery. Starting as a Recruitment Consultant and rising to Operations Manager, she led one of the top-performing recruitment teams in Australia while supporting major civil, construction, defence, and remote NT projects.
What sets Becc apart is her leadership style — honest, supportive, and genuinely people-first. Her teams value her transparency and humour, and clients trust her for being responsive, reliable, and true to her word.
Becc has mobilised hundreds of workers, built long-standing relationships across the Territory, and earned a reputation for doing recruitment the right way: with integrity, clarity, and real care.
